update

I am having minor computer issues right now. I installed the newest version of Norton/Symantic, and greatly regretting it, as now everything is all wonky. So no pictures for now...I'm done trying for today.
Anyway, aside from computer troubles... Dominic failed a test in his surgery block. It was a stupid mistake, but a pass/fail mistake. That means that he has failed this section of the medic course, and will have to take this awful sleep deprived 1 month portion of the course sometime in the future (we hope). He goes to a board on Monday where they will tell him what he has to do. Most often they decide to give the solider another chance and retake that section of the course again when they have an empty slot. They could always tell him he is out of the course all together, but given his past record of high achievement, and the stupidness of the costly mistake we are hoping he can "recycle" though. This means that he cannot progress any further in the course till he has passed this section, and we don't really know if/when he would retake it. We are trying to look at this as a chance for Dominic to take a break from studies, maybe get into the gym a bit more. Of course they will task him with some lame assignment to fill his time, but we are trying to be hopeful, to look for the blessings in a very frustrating and discouraging circumstance. He was so close to being done...and to repeat the most awful part again....spirits are low right now, we could really use some prayers, Dominic has been working so hard and this is quite a blow. I know everything is in Gods hands, and maybe there will be some blessing that we can't see right now to come out of this.
