Monster Dash

Last weekend we made our way up to Raleigh to cheer Dominic and his running buddy (Mr Young) in a 5K. It was a really fun event. The had a ton of activities for the kids. They had free pumpkin carving, lots of give aways, a costume contest and even a 100 yard dash for the kids. We had a good time, and now Liam has caught the racing bug, so now Liam and I are going to run a 1 mile race in December! That's right folks, I've decided to give into the demands of my active family and start running again. (It'll be good for me, plus my new running shoes are pink and goldish brown! I can't wait till they are worn out and I can just wear them!) And I can always claim my slow time is due to Liam, when in reality we know I will be the one slowing him down. :-) Enjoy the video, and turn off the sound so you don't have to hear me cheering, it sounds silly!
