in going down. Earlier today he headed up the stairs but started to
cry when he realized I wasn't up there. Poor little thing was stuck,
crying and crawling up and further away from mommy because he didn't
know what else to do :-( broke my little heart. Hopefully he won't be
so interested in going up for awhile...?...?

my mom put a baby gate in front of her stairs to keep the babies in our extended family from crawling up the stairs
