growing TOO fast!
We've past a benchmark moment out here. Seamus has been out longer than he was in! ;-) He is growing so fast. Its hard to believe 9 months ago he didn't do much of anything. Now he stands, and crawls, and eats food and babbles and is learning how to sign. He is such a happy baby. Just this week the little baby figured out that the signs I have been using mean something. The other day he was nursing and wanted to switch sides, that little cutie looked right up at me and signed "more" Of course I rewarded that with switching sides! He is also learning how to wave hi. He flaps his chubby baby arm and goes "ahhhh" just like his big brothers. Time goes more quickly with each child. In so many ways I am so excited to watch him grow and see what new thing he will do next, but also I just want him to stop, I want to enjoy him right where he is, I want time to stand still so I can enjoy each of my children while they are still young.

I can so relate to this!!! I look at my kids all the time and wonder how they got to be so big. I'm with you--I love watching them grow and learn and enjoy the stages they are in, but wow I sure wish I could slow it down sometimes.
