I am "Home"

...and overwhelmed. Moving into a new house is great, but piling it on top of everything else that has been happening is exhausting. The trip to Minnesota was great, and I have over 200 hundred pictures to sort though and post for all of you... but not tonight. I just got my Internet set up today, and I am way behind in other stuff.
I would like to take a moment and ask for prayers from all of you. The last day I was home my mom lost her job. Now both of my parents are out of work, and have medical costs and bills to pay. Needless to say they are both beyond stressed, and my mom especially is not in a very good place emotionally. Just pray for them, that the jobs will come through, and quickly. I am not sure why my parents are always dealing with unemployment, it doesn't seem fair to have the same stress over and over again. Anyway just keep them in your prayers.

The boys and I had a wonderful trip back to Minnesota other than the above mentioned situation. The wedding was beautiful and a blast, and it was so much fun to play with cousins and aunts and uncles and most importantly, Nona's and Papa's.
But the timing was a little off for our family. While we were playing hard in Minnesota, Dominic had a week "off" down here, he could not take leave, but didn't have to go to class, and the second week of class was not to hard, relatively speaking. But as soon as we came back on Saturday night, Dom had to go into work on Sunday...and I may get to see him for a few hours this weekend. He is not away working, he is here in base, but has to pull all nighters for the next three weeks. And well...I miss him. And so do the boys.
But this is the last hard push for the medic course, so if we can get though these three weeks, things will be better. Having the new house helps in some ways...I have a lot to keep me busy at night. Liam started preschool this past Monday, he goes every day from 8:30-2:30. I think he likes it, other than the forced rest time. Finn wanders around the house asking for "Liam" and "broder" poor kid, but then they play well when Liam comes home, so that is wonderful.
What else....Dominic in his fatherly wisdom decided not to set up the crib for Finn, but just put up the toddler bed....which makes some sense, Liam was climbing out of his crib at Finn's age, and we might as well get all the transitioning done at once...except Finn likes his crib, and does not like the toddler bed. He spent a few nights in the pack and play, but it just doesn't seem comfortable, so I decided to reassemble the crib. Da Da Da Dum...my nemesis...Whenever I have to do something with the crib it always seems that Dom is gone, and it always brings me to tears of frustration, so I was not looking forward to this task, but surprisingly enough, the crib reassembled with "ease" and I did not cry once (over the crib...many other tears have been shed this week though!)
Okay, enough rambling. I will try to get some photos up tomorrow...
