No excuse...

I'm sorry I haven't blogged all week! This week we had VBS at church. Liam went, Finn was in the nursery, and I volunteered in the arts and crafts room. It was all morning every week, and a ton of fun, but we were pretty wiped out by the time we got home. I also didn't bring my camera all week, and so didn't get any photos, sorry. Liam did great with it, and had a ton of fun. Now we are singing VBS songs in our sleep even.
What else has happened this week?..Finn has a new tooth, we are up to 8 now, and I can feel his eye teeth right under the surface. I've also been working on weaning him, we are down to twice a day, once after nap, and once in the wee small hours of the morning. This weekend, I hope to be able to get him off the daytime one... thus far chocolate has been a good distractor, but the magic may be running out. I'm hoping I'm brave enough to finish the crying out by the weekend of the 4th, and be all done then...but we will see.
We thought Dominic might get leave, conveniently right around my brothers wedding, but the school had a change of command, and the new general decided that they really don't need leave, so we are really disappointed, but glad we hadn't gotten his airline ticket yet. I don't know why its such a big deal to this guy, it'll be more than a year since they've had leave, but whatever, we're kind of over the whole school thing by now. The good news is that Dominic will FINALLY be going to the board in July (a year later!!!!!!!!) Keep your fingers crossed that nothing happens to change this...and pray that he gets promoted and we can move to a not roach infested house.
Not much else is new here...I'm a year older. Now I'm in my thirties! WOW, I don't feel like I should be this old...I got the coolest gift ever, but I'll post about that later, and that is another reason why I haven't been blogging. Okay, that's the catch-up...now to move on to posting photos!
