Finn has been a little off the past few days. Yesterday he had a fever over 103, so I took him into the doctors this morning...of course the doctor couldn't find anything, even with some pretty big tests. (chest x-ray, and urinalysis). We went home, and Finn wasn't up to 100%, but was looking better...until 6 tonight when he starts vomiting for about 10 minutes, and goes from no fever to over 102...yikes. I gave him some Motrin, and put him to bed, but when I checked on him a half hour later when tucking Liam in...he was still warm, so I took him temp, over 103 again!!!!! Even a half hour after I gave the Motrin, it had gone up. So I gave him some Tylenol and put him back down. Thankfully there hasn't been any more vomiting, in the past he has woken up to throw up, so hopefully the 6 o'clock thing was a fluke. Hopefully the combo of Tylenol and Motrin will bring his fever down...otherwise it will be another midnight trip to the ER. Why does this always happen when Dominic is gone...sigh...
..and when I have some place to be tomorrow. I am supposed to be inducted (or whatever the fancy term is) as the president of MCCW here on Fort Bragg tomorrow, and I have an additional meeting in the afternoon to pick next years study. It looks like I won't be going tomorrow...or at the very least I will have a sick baby with me. sigh. the trials of motherhood. I just pray that Finn starts to feel better soon...I know its no fun to be sick, and the vomiting thing really makes me nervous.

Poor baby. It's so sad when they are sick. I hope he is feeling better. You are in my prayers.
